Same Day Bank Payment Shipping Process:
Same Day Bank Payment is an E-Check system we use to accept payments from your bank via e-check. Please allow same business day or next business day before your order ships when using Same Day Bank Payment. Please note, when purchasing 2 Day Air with Saturday delivery on a Thursday, please ensure you are purchasing this option before 10am EST on Thursday to allow time for your payment to clear your bank.
Possible signature required for orders over $300:
Orders over $300 may be subjected to signature required, via UPS, to deliver to ensure your items are delivered safely. We will send a text message and email notifying you of the signature required. If we are unable to connect, you will be able to see “signature required” when tracking your package. If no one will be at the shipping address on delivery date, please login to the UPS app to change your delivery date and/or location. You can also call UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to coordinate. You can also coordinate picking up the package from your local UPS Store. If your order is over $300 and is shipped to a PO Box, a signature will not be required.
