Description
PBS (phosphate buffered solution) is sterilized by 0.1um filtration. 1× working solution can be directly used for cell culture, such as washing cells before dissociation, transporting cells or tissues, diluting cells for counting or preparing other reagents, or other conventional uses. The pH is 7.4 ± 0.1. It is a buffer solution commonly used in biology.
