Memorial Day Shipping Delay
UPS and USPS drop off locations will be closed in honor of Memorial Day, Monday 5/25. Orders will be shipped out the following day on Tuesday 5/26.
Same Day Bank Payment- E-check
Same Day Bank Payment is an E-Check system we use to accept payments from your bank via e-check. Please allow same business day or next business day before your order ships when using Same Day Bank Payment.
Debit or Credit Card for Transak payment (Card to Crypto)
At this time, we are accepting Debit and Credit via wallet free Transak crypto purchase. If you do pay with Transak, your order will be shipped out on the same business day or the next. Please see our chart below that details our drop off schedule.
Normally, please allow up to 7 business days to receive your order after it has shipped. We ship to eligible USA addresses only (excluding Puerto Rico and US territories such as Guam and US Virgin Islands). Please verify your address before placing your order. In the event you include incorrect address information, and the order has shipped, it will be your responsibility to intercept the package or order a replacement. Possible signature required for orders over $300:
Orders over $300 may be subjected to signature required, via UPS, to deliver to ensure your items are delivered safely. We will send a text message and email notifying you of the signature required. If we are unable to connect, you will be able to see “signature required” when tracking your package. If no one will be at the shipping address on delivery date, please login to the UPS app to change your delivery date and/or location. You can also call UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to coordinate. You can also coordinate picking up the package from your local UPS Store. If your order is over $300 and is shipped to a PO Box, a signature will not be required.
Standard Shipping:
Delivery within 3-7 business days after package has been dropped off with logistics company. These specifics are the same for free shipping.
UPS 2 Day Air:
Delivers in two business days, which excludes weekends and holidays unless Saturday delivery is selected and paid for.
UPS 2 Day Air + Saturday Delivery:
Delivers in two days on Saturday if order is placed and/or shipped out on Thursday ONLY, excluding holidays! 2 Day Air + Saturday Delivery does not apply to Friday orders. UPS does not deliver on Sundays. UPS does not deliver on holidays, even if Saturday delivery is selected. Please contact support@aminonova.com if you have any questions.
Fedex and UPS reduction in force
Please note, Fedex and UPS are downsizing, removing several drivers and hubs. This has caused a delay in some deliveries globally. If your package is delayed, please contact us to open a claim to locate your package at Support@AminoNova.com. If your order was delivered to an incorrect address, please call UPS at 800-742-5877 to file your claim. We will be notified and will assist in any way.
